- Asset records you create (name, category, value, status, location, purchase date, serial number, notes) are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to authorised users within your account or organisation.
- We do not sell, share, or use your asset records for advertising purposes.
- Asset data is backed up regularly and protected with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
- If you delete an asset record, it is removed from the active database. Some information may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
- If your organisation account is terminated, all associated asset data is deleted within 60 days unless otherwise required by law.
